Damaged street signs on fast roads can lead to accidents

There are numerous damaged street signs in our area. Many are within the estates, on residential roads, but some are on grid roads. Tony Coughlan spotted this damaged sign on Marlborough Street, at the Tinkers Bridge junction. Locals told him the sign got damaged in autumn 2024 and has still not been repaired, despite being reported. Damaged signs on grid roads can be a safety issue. Tony has reported the sign and is waiting to see if the Council will replace or repair it. If not, he will chase them.
